Shelley Tookey

My background has been in the Licensed Hospitality industry for 30 years, with a focus on Business Management and HR & Training. My last employed role was for 13 years with a leading Independent Family Business in Cornwall. 5 years of that as Head of HR reporting to the Managing Director. With over 1200 employees and a diverse workforce from retail to finance, brewing, warehouse and distribution teams I gained a varied and interesting set of skills in Employment and HR practices.
