SHARP

SHARP is leading on developing a new creative manifesto around inclusion and diversity for the cultural and creative sectors in Cornwall.

SHARP is a queer visual artist, activist and producer who recently worked with Newlyn Art Gallery and The Exchange and The Arts Council Collection engaging with over 200 young LGBTQIA+ people in Cornwall to co-curate the SEEN exhibition.

SHARP’s exhibitions and performances include ‘On Queer Ground’ at Yorkshire Sculpture Park for which they exhibited an outdoor site-specific installation of Dr. Marten boots titled BEACON (without words I found myself home on our stomping ground) and their photographic and moving image works are in collections at Bradford Museums and Galleries and Salford University.
